Ask a Question Cannot export website to static html site

To whom it may concern, I am not able to export my website as static html pages without buying premium. Although, I should be able to export it, since the exporting in the starter pack is included.

Ask a Question Menu is not displayed

When I am in the editor, I can see the menu. But when I go to the live site, I do not see the menu anymore. The menu is in the header, Bring to Front, colors clear etc. Am I missing something?
