When I am in the editor, I can see the menu. But when I go to the live site, I do not see the menu anymore.
The menu is in the header, Bring to Front, colors clear etc. Am I missing something?

Im assuming that you are talking about the Main Menu. So in the Joomla admin, under Extensions > Modules, did you check the main menu position. The default position for Nicepage is hmenu unless you changed the name in the Desktop editor or added multiple menus. This is the first place that I would check.

Please check that the desired menu source is chosen in the menu module options and it should be positioned in the hmenu position and activated for all pages.

I solved this issue by selecting 'Theme Header and Footer' on the NC-editor page of the Home-page.
Selecting 'Them Header and Footer' elsewhere doesn't work.
