Where can I save my Nicepage files for myself... is there a save as option?

Hi, I can no longer save paged on the online platform. I just get the word 'saving' in orange and a scrolling line below. No changes to anything. Please help.

every time i start a project i get pages automatically saved in the nicepage folder on my local storage but my home page is being named Home_55840756.html instead of just home.html
