Hello, I want to ask you about the WordPress theme skies and beauty of nature's, ID 17024, is it possible to download it and just upload the files in my theme folder? Because as I see it could be only edited through nice page application and I don't know what kind of output I can get

Vote to pay developers attention to this features or issue.

No, you need to install and use the Nicepage Editor Plugin to edit that theme.
