If you created the site in the Online Editor https://nicepage.com/Editor/Siteboard/#/dashboard, then you can connect a custom domain only with the purchased subscription (on this page https://nicepage.com/hosting)
In the pricing table here, you can see the Connect your domain availible with the Personal and higher Editions.
