Wordpress Home Does not Update

I have modified my theme and all pages follow the updated look except the home page https://manlandmedia.com (blog) and forum https://manlandmedia.com/community/ The rest of the site looks fine.

assistance needed - new favicon doesn't update

I've successfully uploaded a new favicon, but the published site (tried several times) doesn't reflect the updated favicon. Please advise or have a technician look into this issue. Thanks!
