It seems everytime I open Nicepage it is updating itself. Does auto-updating in the background or does it ask my to install as it is now?

It should not force the update several times a day. Have you chosen the Skip update option in the notification popup?

To have bug fixes and new updates every 2 weeks?
No one is forcing you to ever update. You can ignore it.
And it should never autoupdate because of potential issues.
Mine was telling me to update multiple times a day but I worked out this was because the shortcut was pointing to the wrong file so it was catching up from 10 versions back.
And not that it is your business, but yeah it is annoying when you are working a normal job remotely, homeschooling two kids in lockdown, and trying to operate a side job using a program that requires shutdown and restart multiple times a month. Maybe it is not annoying for you but it is for me.

Are you using the online version?
The desktop version doesn't autoupdate. There is an announcement box when there are new releases.
I'm using the Desktop version - why doesn't it auo update or at least hold the updates to monthly? I had to install 3 updates in one day because I hadn't used it for a while. It's really annoying.
