Few of my friends have given up on Nicepage ultimate lifetime deal because it only gives updates for 1 year.
Ideally the updates should be available for lifetime, right?
I hope you can provide some fix for this.

nicepage employees work and need a paycheck every year, not only once ;-) how do you think they could pay the work that needs to be done to GET updates if everybody would just pay once ;-)
by the way, it's not only nicepage, it's almost every plugin who is regularly worked on and improved.

I'm sure when their employees work for free and they have no overhead, they'll give free updates for life.
The cost to renew for the next year of updates is typically 40% off the initial price.

The price is quite cheap for the lifetime updates, but we allow to use the current version you have for an unlimited period, the updates are not free after one year. You can extend the free updates period for one more year with the 40% discount from the original price. Also you can extend it any time you want.
As for the white label plug-in, your customer will be able to create articles using the plug-in, so the same operations that you can do in the plug-in. The Blog Template can be designed in the desktop application only and is a part of the theme. But your client will be able to add a menu item that shows the blog or add the Blog Pots control to show posts on any Nicepage page.
