Sending an email from the website is quite a complicated task. In general, if you are not using an HTML form, you need a PHP action file that will describe what to do with the data added to the form fields and define a mail server that will send your email.

This article describes how to configure sending emails from the Nicepage Form.

Once we added a Form into a section we can add/remove desired fields such as "Address" and "Phone" from the Form:

On the next step, we can choose a recipient:

  • URL. When this option is selected, we can use a custom form action file.
  • PHP Script. When this option is selected, Nicepage generates PHP files that will receive your form submissions.
  • Contact7 Form (WordPress). When this option is selected, Nicepage Form uses the WordPress Plugin "Contact7 Form" to send emails.

  • Joomla Form (Joomla). When this option is selected, Nicepage Form uses built-in Joomla functionality.
  • MailChimp. With this option, we can populate the MailChimp list with data captured with a Nicepage form.
