The Contact Form is the main Element used to receive feedback and user submissions from a site. You can add it to a block on your site and set email notifications and Leads for received form submissions.

How To Add Contact Form Element

Start by creating a new site or opening an existing one. Then, add the Contact Form Element to a blank to a block, or add a block with this Element.

How To Set Form Submission Options

Select the Contact Form Element in the block. Go to the Property Panel. Click the Submit To option. You can choose and set various Contact Form Submission Options.

By default, the notifications are sent to the Email associated with your Nicepage account, and this submission option is always available.

Why To Use Google Recaptcha

Google Recaptcha avoids spam, phishing, and fraudulent activities and prevents bot form submissions.

The Contact Form Element uses Google Recaptcha 3 and is automatically enabled for sites published on Nicepage Hosting. If you export your site and host it elsewhere, you must set Google Recaptcha.

How To Access Contact Form Submissions Leads

In marketing, Leads refer to contacts with potential customers, also known as prospects, which potentially lead to your sales. The contact form submission data per site can be found on the Leads page, which you can open from the Profile and Settings Panel.

The contact form submission data is presented in a table, and submitted files are included as clickable URLs. The Property Panel for the Contact Form Element also contains a link to the Leads for convenience.

Contact Form Submission Limits

Premium Plans limit the volume of contact form submissions. Please note that you should have an active plan to receive contact form submissions and leads.

If you have exceeded the Premium Plan limits, you should consider upgrading or extending your Premium Plan.

FAQ And Troubleshooting

You can try the following if you have stopped receiving form submission notification emails.

• Check your Form notification settings. Save the settings, republish your site, and submit a test form submission on the live site.
• Check that your Premium plan is active.
• Check that you have not exceeded the limits of your Premium Plan.

What are the form submission limits?

Each Premium Plan has monthly form submission limits, which are shown in the comparison table.

The count will reset each month, except for the Free Start Plan, which has a maximum of 50 submissions total.

What if I exceed the form submission limits?

Your plan automatically becomes the Starter, getting its limitations. You should upgrade your Premium Plan to extend your contact form submission limits.

Do I need to use the Nicepage hosting to receive contact form submissions?

Contact Forms work on websites hosted on Nicepage Hosting and exported from the Nicepage Desktop Application and Online Builder for your hosting. To receive monthly contact form submissions, you need an active Premium Plan.

Can I get notifications about contact form submissions to several emails?

You can use several emails to receive notifications about contact form submissions. Please note that you should verify emails to receive contact form submissions.

How can I prevent spam in form submissions?

Why do I get a network error while submitting a form?

The Google Recatcha Keys must be actual, renewed, and updated in the theme and plugin in WordPress or Joomla. Also, If you change the domain name, you must get the new Site and Secret Keys for the project.

What is the storage limit for the contact form file upload?

The Contact Form file upload storage is limited to 10MB. For now, this limit cannot be increased. You can clear storage by deleting submissions.
