How To Add Contact Form Element

Start by creating a new site or opening an existing one. Then, add the Contact Form Element to a blank to a block, or add a block with this Element.

How To Set Form Submission Options

Select the Contact Form Element in the block. Go to the Property Panel. Click the Submit To option. You can choose and set various Contact Form Submission Options.

By default, the notifications are sent to the Email associated with your Nicepage account, and this submission option is always available.

Why To Use Google Recaptcha

Google Recaptcha avoids spam, phishing, and fraudulent activities and prevents bot form submissions.

The Contact Form Element uses Google Recaptcha 3 and is automatically enabled for sites published on Nicepage Hosting. If you export your site and host it elsewhere, you must set Google Recaptcha.

How To Access Contact Form Submissions Leads

In marketing, Leads refer to contacts with potential customers, also known as prospects, which potentially lead to your sales. The contact form submission data per site can be found on the Leads page, which you can open from the Profile and Settings Panel.

The contact form submission data is presented in a table, and submitted files are included as clickable URLs. The Property Panel for the Contact Form Element also contains a link to the Leads for convenience.

Premium Plans limit the volume of contact form submissions. Please note that you should have an active plan to receive contact form submissions and leads.

If you have exceeded the Premium Plan limits, you should consider upgrading or extending your Premium Plan.

You can try the following if you have stopped receiving form submission notification emails.

  • Check your Form notification settings. Save the settings, republish your site, and submit a test form submission on the live site.
  • Check that your Premium plan is active.
  • Check that you have not exceeded the limits of your Premium Plan.
