Once we added Nicepage forms control on a page and selected "Joomla Form" as Send To we can send emails using Joomla built-in send mail functionality.

If your server is configured to send emails or you have Mail Server installed you need to configure Mail Settings in Joomla Global Configuration >> Server. As an alternative, If you have a Gmail account, you can use the Google service as your mail server.
