There are various Form Submission options that you can set in the Submit To property for the selected Contact Form. By default, the notifications are sent to the Email associated with your Nicepage account, and this submission option is always available.

You can also specify other form submission options, including Leads, Google Sheets, URL, PHP Script, WordPress Contact Form 7, Joomla Form, and MailChimp.

Single-Use and Multiple-Use Form Submissions

For the Contact Form Element, there are Single-Use form submissions, which include URL, PHP Script, Contact Form 7, Joomla Form, MailChimp, and Multiple Use options like form submissions to several Emails and Google Sheets.

Form Submission To Email

The Form Submission To Email is the simplest form submission option. It does not require additional settings, is available by default, and sends notifications to your Account's Email.

It is convenient since you can have multiple submission services and several emails to submit your Contact Form results. You can change the Email if needed, but it also requires verification.

Form Submission To Leads

Contact forms generate Leads, which you can use to improve your marketing. The Form Submission To Leads is also default-supported.

Form Submission To Google Sheets

You can populate a spreadsheet with the data submitted from the Contact Form using the Form Submissions To Google Sheets option. You can also edit the spreadsheet name in the Property Panel.

Submit To URL

The Form submission to URL or Custom Form Action option in the Submit To property allows you to submit the form data to any server.

If you don't have the exact URL, you can use a third-party service like formspree.com, which collects form submissions on its server.

Form Submission With PHP Script

To send emails without external resources, you can use the Form Submission With PHP Script option. Please note that email sending is performed on the server side. Therefore, you need to have a server configured to send emails. This option is also supported for WordPress and Joomla.

Form Submission With Contact Form 7

Contact Form 7 is a popular WordPress plugin. You can set the Form Submission With Contact Form 7 for WordPress to send emails and collect data directly from the admin area.

If you use Nicepage Plugin for WordPress, Nicepage will automatically create the Contact Form 7.

Form Submission With Joomla Form

For Joomla, you can select the Form Submission With Joomla Form option to send emails using Joomla's built-in send mail functionality.
