Can't import anything

Hello, I can't import any folder. It give an error "Invalid Nicepage Project File"., But I'm trying to import .zip file. I tried to import my export from nicepage but I Couldn't import again.

Unable to preview

An error occurred. Reload Nicepage.

How do i bypass this error? It has been happening every time I try to export a website. I need to fix this asap because I use nicepage for my websites. I attached a photo of the error. Thank you.

Options grayed out even if i have the desktop version

I have the desktop client but even then i see that options are grayed out with the announcement that these are only available in the desktop version. Anyone has the same issue?
