can't import Zip Project

Go to Profile >> Preferences and check the path for your Project Folder

Follow the path and paste the project folder into it. That's it. After that open the Desktop App and you will see it on your dashboard.

Is there anything I could have done to prevent this? There are a few other sites I will need to work on from a previous employee and if I run into this issue I would like to know how to fix it.

Kindly check the enclosed project below. It was just a copied folder from the Nicepage projects folders. We've exported in the correct format for you, so you can use the import option from the Desktop App.

I pulled the project file from a shared server, I was attempting to import to the desktop version, I have since tried the online version and both have been unsuccessful. I do have a license. What is the best way to share the zip? It is too large of a size to share.

Did they send you the Project file?
Are you trying to import it into the Desktop or online version?
Do you have a license?
The free versions only allow 1 site, so you might have to delete the one that's there to import this one.
Back that one up first.
