I found the error. If the multilanguaje Joomla plugin is activated it causes the error. Seems that Nicepage does not accept multilingual

If it is a standard Joomla plugin, then Nicepage does not conflict with it as our plugin doesn't support multilingual in general.
Therefore, it does not interfere with the work of the plugin.
Please try to contact the hosting provider, ask them to check server logs, maybe this is a server-side problem.

nicepage accepts multilingual just fine. You just need to set up that plugin and menu structure properly. That's a native joomla extension. By the sound of it, it has trouble identifying the homepage for one or more languages
