If I use the import block option, the block is imported correctly and the icon is seen without problems. If once imported, I add it to the library and then add the block from the library, it is added, but the icon image is not visible. I attach the exported block for your reference.

I attach a video with the behavior I have described in the issue. I am also attaching the information you requested. The block in question has only one icon (copyright) so it should not take too long to copy.
Regarding what you say about the images, the most convenient to avoid having many repeated images is to reuse the same between equal blocks and if when you delete a block that image is already used it should not be deleted. But I understand that this is more my own preference. I do not like to fill the hosting space with images that do not contribute anything (they are the same and repeated) and only take up space.

I cannot reproduce the issue on my end. Please attach your project and also export the block from your library. A screenshot of the issue would be also helpful.

Yes, images are not shared, they should be saved for each block so they won't depend on other locations where you might delete the block with the image and it will disappear from all blocks.
