I am getting the "Cannot connect to nicepage.com. Please check your connection to the network and try again after a few minutes."

I saw that this was an issue back in April of this year, Is there any solution? There is a template I would like to use for a client and am unable to use it due to this error. It has been persisting for over a week.

Please send here the screenshot of the error from your desktop application so we could see what template are you trying to choose.
