Exporting to Joomla

Hi, when I had the trial version of nicepage I could export to joomla. Now I have bought the personal plan and I cannt export anymore. Why has this happened?

My subscription expires in 3 days. the apps says I can renew for 40% off. I want to upgrade my renewal from Business to Pro version. I'm not sure how to apply the 40% off during the renewing process....
