I´m happy to share with you an HTML code that would help you add "Smooth Back to Top Scrolling" to your websites.
As "best practice" tip, I recomend you put the html in the main header of every website project to be sure it works in each and every page.
It´ll create a visible button in the header wich you can move to a point where it doesn´t bother another header elements as logo or menu. This button only will be seen in edit mode, but not in preview mode or when you publish your website online, so it´s totally safe and practical.
