Problems with the design :(

What can we do? It is urgent!!
Our experiences with NicePage even if we stick to the "Best Practices" are unfortunately not entirely positive.
On the desktop it always looks very good. Perfect even. Here working with NicePage is wonderful and we don't know a more effective system.
Unfortunately it doesn't look that way with the notebook, tablet or smartphone mode.
We have to intervene manually all the time. If you have 25 sections at the Pillar-Pages times 4 processes then you suspect that this takes a lot of time. We are testing different frameworks and some of your competitors have really done a good job.
Otherwise we just noticed some mistakes:
- preview of the pictures doesn't work online under Joomla
- the forms do not tolerate special characters or spaces
