You can add the Product Categories as a separate Element, not as a part of the Product List Element. It shows the list of Categories added in the Product dialog and Products Panel.

You can add the standalone Product Categories Element from the Add Panel.

By default, the Categories have a Horizontal layout, which you can switch to Vertical in the Property Panel.

You can now select the Source for the Categories on the sidebar of the Product List Page Template to display the Categories added for the Products.

If you look for the Product Category Tabs Element in the Tabs section of the Add Panel. Therefore, you can use the Category Tabs Elements from here as well.

Product Categories In WordPress And Joomla

You can also import Nicepage Categories to WordPress and Joomla by checking the "Import Content" box in the Wizard during installation.

Export the Nicepage Products with categories for WooCommerce in WordPress and import them with the Content.

You can also export the Product Categories from Nicepage and import them into Joomla, using the Content to display in VirtueMart.
