no-follow option when adding links

It would be good to have the option of adding the no-follow attribute to a link. So images, text, any links. The option can be in the Link Settings window.

On a page I have bios of several staff members along with their email address. I'd like the user to be able to click on it and have it open their default email application. How do I do this?
