OPEN LINK from menu in new window

Would be nice and I guess easy to implement ... often have to add direct link to external sites in menu, that should open in a new tab ...

This option is not available in the Desktop app but it is available in CMS (Joomla, WP) plugins.

I think this needs to be addressed, I've had it requested from pretty much every client I've done a website for.

I second this feature. I need to link out to our status page and system login pages, and I need to open in new tab.
