in joomla i used Nice Page to upload picture and added text and URL but URL gives options only for page or block. Neither work to go to external link.It does not connect to the external URL i entered which is my facebook group page below.

it is a pretty simple landing page i wanted. I have not used nice page much and my date runs out end of this month.
Open page and scroll over link which is:
