Menu looks different when viewed locally and when viewed on the published site

Hi, My menu looks different when viewed locally and when viewed on the published site. Attached 2 pictures to show the issue I am facing. Can you please help ? I need to achieve the "before" state

menu updates in wp don't working

when upload via FTP a WP (plugin pagine e editor) the MENU no updates and a new page add with a reference in menu, dont show. in desktop app all local preview work perfectly.
