Can't export

Hi, I've created a site and wish to export but unfortunately the export window keeps telling me the path is invalid. I'm running OS X 10.15.7 with nicepage version 3.12.1

Is there a way to import an externally coded HTML page with images and linked URL's into Nicepage?

In one reply to a similar question it was suggested to use the URL of the external page, but see no such option in the import dialog. Please advise.
