Recently when I'm exporting files, I get the following error. Please fix this. With your service at least the export worked (before), now even that doesn't work... Sadly...

And support, please don't try to give me those dumb answers "please check your internet connection", or "disable your anti-virus", etc. because those don't help, just give me straight steps on how to fix this issue. And also, don't just send "It's not our problem" or just send an unuseful link, because I have noticed your support does these things quite a lot...

NOTE:
This issue has accrued to me the first time while using NicePage, so yea, it's nothing to do with me because everything else before worked fine with the exporting, but recently (just today actually) this issue started, so probably if I got to guess, you messed something up at your HQ, so fix that.. Thank you..

Are you trying to export your html files to the project folder?
Check in the Preferences.
If that’s the case, don’t.
It will mess up the working files.

Ok, but then how can I export my website files successfully. Because I haven't changed any of the "save" file directory before, and before it has worked fine..

So how can I change this and make is work?

How about creating a Nicepage Exports folder in Documents and try to send it there.
Are you using the Desktop or Online version?

Yes. I can provide screenshots if needed with different directories and everything, but always the same error, what ever I try..

Ok, so I've done 2 screenshots of 2 different folder directories, and one full on directory (documents) and all of them when I click the "Export" button give me the same error message..

How about logging out of the app and logging back in?
I don't know what else to try since it isn't making sense to me.
I guess we'll have to wait for their support.

Yea.. Which I doubt will ever come, because I've found many issue dating from quite a while ago with people asking support and devs to fix the issues, they always promise to fix it in the next update, many updates have passed, the issue hasn't been resolved at all + they don't have any kind of page to "troubleshoot" the issues or contact me directly to resolve the issue + that, their support is like bots, just copy pastes the messages and changes the name.. So honestly, I doubt issues like these will ever get fixed (at least for now)..

Oh yea, and I almost forgot, logging in and out didn't fix the issue, just in case someone else stumbles upon the same issue as I did and wonders how to fix it, this isn't it.. Sadly...

It shouldn't allow that.
Maybe that's the problem.

What if you create a new "test" site and see if you can export that?
If you're using the free desktop version, you'll probably need to export the Project file (so you can import it later if you want), and delete the site before creating a new one since the free version only allows 1 site.
Then you can test the export to see if you get the same error.
Maybe there's some corruption with the current one.

Or, wait for the support people to respond, which might not be until Monday, but I've seen them on the forum on the weekend before.

Uncheck the "include blog" box and try to export the html.
And don't use a "." in the target folder (like .com) since that's caused issues in the past.

It shouldn't allow that.
Maybe that's the problem.

What if you create a new "test" site and see if you can export that?
If you're using the free desktop version, you'll probably need to export the Project file (so you can import it later if you want), and delete the site before creating a new one since the free version only allows 1 site.
Then you can test the export to see if you get the same error.
Maybe there's some corruption with the current one.

No I at the time of export only had 3 pages.. So that shouldn't represent a problem..
And I have tried unchecking the blogs, project file thing, changing the name and removing the ".com" name and etc. so I am not sure what could cause this.. Because I have tried everything, I will try to troubleshoot the issue for the next 24 hours, if I don't find the answer, I'll just go and search for another website builder.. Or go back to the simple HTML, CSS and JavaScript coding in Notepad..

Yea I like the app too, but if it doesn't work, I don't need it.. And I doubt the support will help.. They will probably just copy paste some 2 year old message and never show up again.. At least, that is what I saw on the forum of other people...

I've tried everything, changing directories, drives, USB, cloud, everything and whatever I try I will get the error on the images mentioned above.. So yea, online version works like a charm, I'm using that, but until you fix your desktop version, sorry but I can't continue to use it.. And pls make some more templates and features (add that on the free version of NicePage you can at least have 50 pages max if not unlimited, because 5 pages is pretty much nothing for whatever kind of website you want so it's just better to go and code it yourself using HTML and CSS.. Also add some more features to the app and optimize it.. That will make it much better)...

Please, export your Project in Online Editor, this option is available in Starter Plan, and import it into a desktop application.
Then try to export HTML once again, unchecking boxes for blog posts and projects, choose local drive or system desktop or temp folder:

First of all, I had less than 5 pages, second of all, I tried disabling anti-virus, unchecking the Blog Post and Nicepage Project, changing the file directories, even saving as other formats, and nothing worked.. Like you don't even listen to what I'm saying.. As I said before "I doubt that the support will help".. And I was right..

If you really need my system requeirements:

Device name How
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz 2.81 GHz
Installed RAM 16,0 GB

Pen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display

This would be enought to run almost all triple-A games, so if this isn't enought to run NicePage nicely, then the gaming community should add a new tier "NicePage-A quality" which would be the minimum of $30,000 you would need to spend in order to run this class without issues... xD

But still even if the export issue is something related to me.. You cannot say the same for your bad performance in the desktop & online version, you just can't...

Hello,

Please, save your project if you are working on a desktop application, uninstall the program (completely) and download once again.
According to your free version, your export window should look like this, meaning Include Nicepage Project must be disabled at all and it is not in your screenshot:

Take your time and send us a new screenshot (you haven't sent any new ones despite our requests) of your export window with an issue or record a video of how you do export to the root of the disk with unmatched Include Blog Post.
