For the Search bar, you can try and add a google form search code, because the search function you have now on our hosting does not run with a code, thus why it's not searching. Also, there are many code examples on the internet that you can try and implement.

Regarding the hashtags, there are WordPress plugins to generate hashtags such as Hashtagger for WordPress and Dashtag for Joomla. Please note that these two plugins are popular, but we do not guarantee that they will work.
