Ask a Question

Within an rich text block I want to have list of links to external websites on separate lines as are created with shift+enter. The first instance works, but the next ones arbitrarily change position once linked, unlink or adopt the URL of Nicepage or a preceding link. This also occurs if I arrange successive links upon a single line.

I tried inserting a space or character after each one with no success. It only works with a press enter between each link, but I do not want that much space (new paragraph) between each link. I can create the linked text that way and then coax it into position, but the results are unpredictable and eventually fail as more links are added.

In addition, any way I do it, the "open in new window" tick also disappears from the dialog box for no apparent reason.

Why is this happening and what is the solution please?

Has anyone else noticed the situation described in my OP? There appears to be something in the code that interferes with adjacent hyperlinked words, both in a row and with single line spacing. Is there a logical reason for this, or is it a bug?

Peter,

Sorry for the delay with the reply.
There is an issue that after reopening the dialog, the previously set values (address, Open in a new window checkbox) are not shown, specifically in the Rich text element. Our developers are working on this problem.

Unfortunately, the issue with the position is not quite clear to us. Could you please provide a few screenshots or a short video that demonstrates the issue?

Thank you.
