My NicePage Review

I have been using nice-page for less than a day, and honestly, my favourite part about NicePage was uninstalling it...
Here's why.
1, Contact Forms don't work (none of the option, no matter which one you select).
2. Download Buttons don't work, for eg. you set a button which should be able to, when clicked, download some files, but it doesn't work.
3. Images don't work, you set an image for eg. a flower, and in the preview everything seems "to be alright", but when you save > export > preview the index.html file, you won't see the images, just that blank mountain icon that shows up, even if you paste your images into the "images" folder.
4. NicePage Claims to be "simple", but yet, NicePage is everything except simple, complication interface, really bad FPS drops for no reason (on a high-end PC), complicating interface, pretty much everything is premium... For eg. NicePage claims to have over 7000+ different templates, well if that is true, you only have about 12 of them for free on your disposal and of course, the "blank" project. The templates are really similar, not much difference. Same thing with features you can add to your page. It claims to have thousands of different features, but only about 120 is available for free, and those are the only main essentials. Which ok, I understand for a free plan, but templates, really?! That every single one is payed.. Now that just rough...

Overall, I wouldn't recommend NicePage, at least for now. I will update my status for the site when it gets some fixes and updates, I think, NO, I know that NicePage has much potencial, just if they would add in the free plan more templates and options to add in the site, and fixed the above mentioned glitches and bugs.I will continue to keep an eye on NicePage when it gets all of these bugs & glitches fixed...

What I do like about NicePage is that at least the templates which are free are nice, just kinda all the same.. So might changing that as well.. And also, I almost forgot, make a freaking "Support" page where users can contact you, not just a plain old forum like this page is...

My overall rating on NicePage is: 2,4 stars, reasons are stated above.

That was, it, good luck NicePage developers. I am not expecting a reply for this review. Thank you very much..
Best Regards!

Just a couple comments from another user...

The php form mail works fine for me. So it's not Nicepage.

I've tried / owned several other page builders (Divi, Elementor, Wix) and Nicepage is the easiest to use by far. They have an extremely minimalistic interface and the logical hierarchy makes sense. It is also very visual. Is it easy? Maybe not to some people but compared to what else is out there, it's awesome. It's the only solution out there where I an honestly get on board with the logic of the user interface. It's always improving - almost weekly.

As a web designer I don't expect the layperson to be able to do everything. This is why I can charge an hourly rate to help them. See how that works?

My comments.
1. My contact form worked out of the box.
2. My buttons and links work.
3. ALL my images work.
4. I'm NOT a web designer, just a small business owner and computer enthusiast. No problems here once I got comfortable with it.

So I have after my review tested out once again the "contact" form and it does work, it actually sends the mail to me, just for some reason, whenever some one submits a form it will give him the error, but I will receive his mail, idk what's that about, but at least that works. I'm pretty professional with HTML, CSS and Java, just I've decided to try out nicepage for speed of use, that is since I'm working on quite a big project I wanted something that I could preview fast and decide the look of easily, I have searched around the internet, found a few more of these "website builder" more or less the same thing, but have those annoying "Build your free website in Wix.com" thing so nvm about them.. And I'm surprised to say, this website is the only one I've found to be actually a "good" website builder, despite all of it's flaws...

I as well own a small (6-men) company How2Code™ Inc. and the reason why I've choose to use NicePage is because I need a big "official website", and fast, after a few tests, NicePage turned out to be pretty good, with just a few flaws, I know HTML, CSS, Java, Php, etc. pretty good, but I need some kind of a "fast builder" to create my website fast and easy without taking up to much time, and I have recently searched around teh internet for more different website builder, more or less the same thing, but they have the "Build a free website with.." bla bla bla which makes them somehow worse than NicePage.. Well. I'll give NicePage another shot..

Wow! I have had little to no problems with NicePage, it was the best transition I ever made having come from the Adobe Muse world and Dreamweaver prior to that. I have not found any issues other than some quirkiness with some of the features. I am able to build out sites probably three times as fast as I could with other products. I use the contact forms for all of the sites that I design for my customers and have never had an issue.

Yea, after some testing, I managed to make the forms work, but still it will give out an error message like it didn't send it, but it actually did, etc.
The app itself is so badly optimized I could probably run Escape from Tarkov, GTA V, and have 50 browser tabs open and still I would have better FPS than using NicePage..So honestly, rather just go and code yourself your website with HTML, CSS, Java, yes NicePage gives you access to preview the site, but what use is that if you can't even move an object without your CPU usage going from 1% to 70% and the entire app starting to lag like sh*t, and if you think that has something to do with my internet, no it doesn't and I have a pretty high-end PC.. So it's something to do with NicePage Probably.. And the fact that they don't even have a "Contact Us" page...
