How do i make sure that contents of a table cell remain in the cell?

I am using one of pre-made tables that shows Price Plan. When I select a blank cell and add some text, the text does not stay in the cell. Why.

Hyperlinks in Posts do not work.

I am trying to create a hyperlink in a blog post. So far, all attempts have failed. Am I doing something wrong or is this an issue? If it is an issue, is there a workaround?
