Report a bug Cant' install

I can't install on another computer. I am not trying to run two licenses. I just want to install on my new computer and uninstall on the old. Right now it is just stoping about 1/3 of the way

Hello, the online-editor doesnt work for me. Im logged in and if i click on "Online Builder" its just loading the whole time. Im using Google Chrome and I also tried it with MS Edge.
