Hi,
I keep getting this error message, Error failed to send request."//np-index.nicepage.com/api/page/publicpages" HTTP status - 0.
or it says Cannot connect to the nicepage.com. Please check your connection to the network and try again in a few minutes.
My network connection is fine and i am able to access the network through my browser.

Hi,

Please try to disable all antivirus applications, firewall.
Check Windows Defender settings https://nicepage.com/doc/45936/turning-off-windows-defender-in-windows-10 and other programs that can block Nicepage requests for testing.
Does the issue continue?

The computer I am using is Windows 7, but I disabled the windows firewall and anti virus and i am still getting the errors

Hi,

Do you work through a proxy server?
The error happens when some third party interrupts the Nicepage application's connection to the server.
Did you encounter any problems during the installation process?
