Are you using Windows 8 or 10? Make sure to close any running apps are closed. Also, ensure that you have a stable internet connection and try to restart your PC\laptop.

I’m using windows 11 and i have 1gbit ethernet connection with wire

I'm using Win 11 and gig ethernet with no issues.
Backup your Documents\Nicepage folder with your work and Project files if you have them, uninstall NP, reboot, redownload a new install file, and try again.

That was the first what i tried. It look likes something block it. Im using the stock antivirus, (defender)

Suggestion:: You could look in de windows log. See if something is blocking, look at the time, when you try to install. Application, system, security logs...

Now it works.
Here is the solution. I installed 7zip app, extracted the nicepage installer, there were an uninstaller exe - i ran it.
After that i could install the nicepage.

I have the same error but after I ran the uninstaller it still won't load. It comes up with a Javascript error, even though I have the latest version of Javascript.
Does anyone know what is causing this issue. see image attached.

Also, if you are asking us to turn off the firewall & antivirus while we install, that is just asking for trouble, with getting hacked & having malware on our systems. We should be able to install whilst offline, if you want us to turn those items off. Please bring out a version we can install offline.
