Grid: Change Row Height and Width

How do I change the width of individual columns in a grid? And how do I change the height of all rows? = Steve

copy and paste text changes to uneditable

I copy and pasted text from Word into Nicepage 5.17.1 and the text becomes part of the cell and I cannot edit it. How do I avoid this or edit the text in the cell?
