The HTML table needs specific HTML attributes to merge cells. Unfortunately, we cannot do it via CSS. Therefore it's difficult to provide a solution because there is no access to the table HTML source.

You can't merge the cells in the Nicepage editor, but you can select the cells and set it to "No Border" on the Property Panel. After that use Element>> Text

Hey, I wanted to add an ancestor-tree (pedigree) to a page of my breeding-Website. Unfortunatly I cannot merge the table-rows. So I went to find any help by google search. I found this and need to say: the Problem is known since 4 years. It should have been fixed in that time.
I then tried to find another version to do by using the GRIDS. But unfortunatly there are only 1 larger column and 2 rows on the side of it. If you could do a grid that gives us the possibility of 2 large columns on the left, 4 coloums on the middle and 8 columns on the right, it would fix the "pedigree"-Problem in 1sec.
Can I have an answer of how I could fix "my" Problem of not being able to use nicepage for my needs?
