Tabbed Section

I would like to have a section made up of tabs and under each tab the ability to add images an text (free format design). Clicking on each tab displays the information in that tab.

Tabs for filtering content (images)

Is there a way to add tabs to the website, so that the users can toggle between images. Like having tags filtering for images, such as: 'Illustration', 'Characters', etc.
