Export hangs on Mac desktop version

I've been working with the full desktop version of Nicepage and everything works fine until I export for Wordpress. Nicepage creates a folder in user/Documents/Nicepage Template, but the program hangs...

Page menu does not work, only home listed. I bought the Pro version

When building the website with multiple pages, only the Home button is listed. I have bought the full Pro version and have put in the serial number.
