Form Submit not working

I have created a contact form and exported it to HTML. When uploaded the submit button doesn't do anything. https://www.isdconsultants.com/Contact.html I've tried this on both Chrome and Fire Fox.

Slider (or other section) only in home page exporting just the Wordpress theme

Hi! Is there a way to add for example a slider only on the home page and export just the Wordpress theme (no content) and have this available on Wordpress without using the plugin? Thanks!
