Ask a Question Formulaire personnalisé

Bonjour, quand on crée un formulaire vers un lien php personnalisé il ne semble pas possible de préciser la méthode "POST" et l'encryptage "MULTIPART FORM DATA" y a t il un moyen pour cela ? Merci.
