Have you already saved and published your site with your account email address?
If so, you need to select another submit option like send email with PHP, save the project, after select Email submit again and insert your new email address to receive form submissions and press verify.

I am having this same issue, so I'm responding in this thread.

I have saved my site in NP app, but I have not published it. When I try to add a clients email address, which is who needs to receive the form submissions, I get the "Enter a valid email address" flag. And it will not send the verification email.

I tried choosing a different method, ie send with PHP, and deleting the email method. Then I saved the site again. I went back to the email submit to method. It still flags it as an invalid email address and will not let me verify it.

I have multiple sites that I am unable to verify my clients email address for the form submissions. So this is very important for me to resolve.

Please create a new ticket with your question and attach the zipped project folder of this site with new email added to check the form from our side.
The project folder is created by the application and stored in your main Nicepage folder.
