Use form with Brevo with Html

Unfortunately, we're not familiar with this platform. But Nicepage generated simple static HTML forms. To submit the form using an external provider you can use the URL Submit To option where you can specify a link to the submission script provided by the chosen platform if they provide such an option. This is the alternative to the use of custom script.

For single label yes, but the border need to be radius only for the entire menu div....please see attached
Another question...is possible to have the background of the menu like a glass effect/blur?

Why after update I'm not able to do rollover effect for image and button? If i do animation on mouse over, and I choose image, don't appear the field to upload the image to do hover effect...how can I do? please see attached

You are confusing the box hover slide effect with the image as background, it is still available, with image hover animation effects, see attached.
