Back to Top transparency

I would like to report a bug with the transparency of the back to top button. I would also find it useful to be able to change the size of the button.

Home (top) button on the left

Hello. I used the Home (top) button on the site, by default the button is located on the right side. I would like the button to be on the left side. How can this be implemented?
