Back to top in wrong block

Hi,

if I try to add the back to top link in the Theme Settings, The button will be added in the EU Cookies Popup (see picture) which I don't use. So this Button will never show on my Page. If I add this Button to each single Page, then it is working. But this should work Globally over the Theme Settings too, or not?

The Second Problem is that I can't Delete the Back to top button when it is in the cookie block.

I use:
Joomla 4.1.2
Nicepage: 4.8.2

Back to top button needs to be activated on each page seperatly, or can be activated in Templates Theme settings.

When your Cookie banner is enabled, the Back to top button will appear in the right corner of the page, on the banner, and will remain on it's location after you confirm/close cookie banner.
