Hello,
my test site is available at http://www.website2023.comsernet.de. When calling up the page, the top of the page is not displayed. The page has scrolled down, you see the references instead of the top of the site. I hope you can understand.

It's probably because one of the contact form elements has the "focus."
Select each box and look at the right column options.
