exporting pages

Can i export pages individually from Nicepage desktop to wordpress without using block? How do i import them if this is possible? Thank you getting there slowly

I don't understand : how to import a site ?

When I want to import it asks for a zip file but the application doesn't save under zip file. It's very frustrating to use your software with such lack of explanation.
