Add the "open folder after export" to the Publish/Export dialog
When publishing a site, it would be very helpful to be able to select whether to "open folder after export" at the time of export instead of only being able to set this in global settings.

not able to export html asking me to upgrade
not able to export html , this feature apparently requires an upgrade, but in the plan catalog it says export html is part of the starter plan for individuals.
