is there a limit to submenu item?

Hi, I have 12 sub-menu items, but after it's saved and I leave the editor and come back, the last 2 menu items disappear. Is there a menu item limit?

Problem is that on safari tablet and phone(apple) the page is not responsive , tables appears like in desktop mode and it makes this part bigger than the iPad or phone width and pictures don't appear...
