I bought the ultimate lifetime desktop version, so why does it install each time I open it. It should just open not have to install each time??? It is annoying waiting for it to install each time I want to use it. It is pinned to my toolbar same as any other program I use.

Hi Belinda,

It should not be installing each time you open. Once installed, the application will only offer to load and install new updates if there are any. Please try to uninstall the application, reload your computer, install again and let me know if the installation issue appears again.

 Thank you Hella, that seems to have fixed the issue. A question, each time it opens my screen goes black for a second then is fine, is that normal?

It may be caused by your computer specifications. In any case if that does not affect the performance of the application, you can ignore it.
