How to publish a website ? Since the latest update - I can't find this function.

I am creating a website to be exported as HTML. At the moment when I create a new page it automatically goes onto the main menu. How can i make it be a sub item of an item on the main menu?

Is NicePage going to be the same dragon as Themler? Why oh why does it rename images to use a random number string? Why not leave images named the way they are? This makes it a complete nightmare...

How do you delete the default Blog & Post Templates from a project. I'm doing a straight html site and don't require these and want them out of the list of pages in the dashboard.
